A little background, I didn't really know what a blog was until 2008 so this is all still a bit new to me. I am in my mid-twenties and live in the wonderful DMV (the Maryland side), and I am currently a broke college student.
I want this blog to primarily be about my Healthy Natural Hair Journey that I began in January 2011 even though I've been natural since 2007 (though there was that texturizer incident in 2009...). I wan to showcase my highs and lows, and create a blog for girls who don't have the perfect hair and who are still trying to work out their kinks, curls and coils. I have the most delicate hair texture (4b/c with a little sprinkle of 4a at the nape). I am still trying to figure out my protein/moisture balance, how to stop all this breakage, and style hair that has no curl definition. I hope to provide reviews on products I like and on products I'm drooling over!!!
I can't wait to begin this worldwind ride with you all!!
